Menghină de banc Geko - G02307, 150 mm, profesională, rotativă

Descriere si caracteristici

The professional bench vise from GEKO features a 360° rotation mechanism, allowing quick and convenient positioning in any direction. The sturdy rotating lock ensures that the vise remains precisely in the chosen position. The vise is equipped with hardened steel jaws measuring 150 mm (6") wide and 11 mm thick, providing very high clamping force, excellent wear resistance, and long service life. The serrated, non-slip surface effectively prevents movement of the workpieces, ensuring stable and safe clamping. The maximum jaw opening of up to 140 mm allows comfortable work with large metal components, profiles, pipes, and non-standard parts. At the base of the clamping mechanism is a durable trapezoidal screw made of carbon steel, which operates smoothly and precisely, generates very high clamping force, and is resistant to wear and overload. The model has 2-in-1 functionality – an integrated anvil is located on the top of the body, ideal for straightening components, light hammering work, riveting, and metalworking. The set includes integrated pipe jaws for safely clamping round elements, plastic protective jaw covers that allow clamping of delicate materials (e.g., aluminum, plastics, painted parts), and 4 sturdy mounting bolts that provide maximum stability, safe operation, and no movement of the vise under heavy loads. The professional bench vise is a reliable tool designed for workshop, assembly, and service work.
