MelaZen from the French brand Nat&Form is an innovative oral spray designed to facilitate falling asleep and improve sleep quality. The formula combines the benefits of melatonin, B vitamins, and soothing plant extracts. The product acts quickly, helping to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep and reducing frequent awakenings during the night. It is an excellent aid for easier adaptation of the body to time zone changes (jet lag), without the risk of tolerance, dependence, or morning drowsiness. The active ingredients include melatonin (the sleep hormone), which regulates the natural circadian rhythm, and orange blossom hydrolate, known for its relaxing properties in cases of stress and anxiety. The added liquid extract of lemon balm leaves contributes to calming the nervous system, while vitamins B1 and B6 support the normal functioning of the nervous system and participate in the synthesis of important neurotransmitters.
