Produced in Japan based on enzyme-treated rice, it is specially designed to provide quickly absorbable energy without additional burden on the body. The product features a smooth, homogeneous, and easy-to-swallow texture, making it an excellent choice for stomach sensitivity, digestive difficulties, swallowing problems, during recovery periods after illness or surgery, as well as for elderly people. Thanks to the enzymatic treatment, part of the starch in the rice is pre-digested, which facilitates the digestive process. The added polysaccharides maintain the stable structure of the porridge and nourish the intestinal microflora, while the low fat content makes the product extremely suitable for dietary regimens. The porridge contains potassium and phosphorus to support electrolyte balance and serves as an excellent base for various sweet or savory recipes.
