The Dy'on Adjustable Drop Noseband Bridle is a snaffle bridle with a fully adjustable drop noseband, made from vegetable-tanned European leather. Headpiece and noseband are softly padded, so the pressure is spread over a larger area. It sits lower on the nose than a classic noseband and can be adjusted in height to suit the shape of the head. That gives you more control over exactly where the strap lies, also on horses with a short or fine head. The noseband closes with a slim pull-back fastening, mounted on a softly padded leather backing. That backing keeps the fastening from resting directly on the skin and lets the tension be absorbed evenly instead of on one small point. The headpiece is softly padded as well. A padded headpiece immediately feels different behind the ears: the strap does not press like a thin band, it carries wider. Above it sits a slightly raised, square browband with decorative stitching. That straight, slightly stand-up line gives the bridle its typically English look without any frills. The leather is vegetable-tanned European leather. That kind of leather is a little firmer when new and needs some time to mould to your horse's head, but it stays supple afterwards and lasts a long time.
