The Colonia Pura cologne by Acqua di Parma is a citrus fragrance for women and men, created by perfumer François Demachy and launched in 2017. It offers a contemporary lightness, capturing the simple way of life with ease. The composition comes alive with fresh and sunny top notes of bright bergamot, combined with juicy orange and delicate petitgrain. These give way to the vibrant energy of the floral heart, composed of jasmine sambac and narcissus. Blending into an unexpected balance with spicy coriander notes, they harmoniously combine with the warm and refined accents of patchouli, cedarwood, and musk in the base. Baron Carlo Magnani, a refined connoisseur and independent thinker, founded Acqua di Parma in 1916 as an alternative to lavish perfumes. The brand embodies the Italian arte di vivere ("the art of living"), the heritage and richness of the country—whether in nature, culture, or art. In the early 1990s, three influential Italians, Diego Della Valle (Tod’s s.p.a), Luca Cordero di Montezemolo (Ferrari), and Paolo Borgomanero (La Perla), joined forces in a very patriotic impulse to preserve Italian classics, helping to develop the brand. Fragrance composition: <ul><li>Top notes: ozonic notes, bergamot, orange, and petitgrain;</li><li>Middle notes: narcissus, jasmine sambac, and coriander;</li><li>Base notes: white musk, cedar, and patchouli.</li></ul> How to use: Spray onto the skin from a distance of 15 cm. Focus on pulse points—wrists and the bends of elbows and knees—to get the most out of the fragrance. Avoid contact with eyes.
